Something from my bar whenever I feel like it episode CDLXVIII

Here's another old bottle I have no clue about. Well other than it's a Calvert Reserve bottle. I've only found 1 other bottle like this searching the internet and there was no info on that item either. What I do know about it is it is one of those pour measure style bottles and it's pretty old. Has to be over 40 years old. This one is a bit different with the cork around the top to prevent leaking. My guess is that is the reason this bottle was kept.
