Instead of a technical post, or a post concept like "Introducing X" or "Development update on Y", this will be more like a personal blog post. (Hard to believe, right?)

I have officially resigned from my position in the company, yesterday. After the legal notice period, I will be relocating to the Netherlands to work as a senior software developer. Accepted an offer from there a couple of weeks ago.

I always brag about how hard is moving, well, moving across countries is another level. You need to rent the house, sell the car, plan and pack stuff. At the same time, you need to be looking for potential houses in NL

Like the orientation period on a new country, company, endless paperwork, and so much stuff I can brag about will be happening in the upcoming months. At least, I have @drugwars to play with to lower my general stress level. :)

Meanwhile, my witness is doing well, recently. Got blessed by freedom, and a couple of huge voters, as a result, landed to rank #30. (Some people call me Hivemind Guy)

This huge bump on the rankings motivated me more than ever. I have so much stuff on my mind about dPoll, and my other projects. Just having trouble finding the time, yet.

Congrats! @drugwars sounds a perfect choice in NL :)

For witness, I introduced you to my steemit whale friend @byubat and he voted for you. You should thank him. Hope someday you'll be in top20. Even if not so, hope you enjoy it. Thanks!

Thank you so much @blockchainstudio! :)

Thanks for all you great work @emrebeyler. Hopefully the market will turn around soon and you will get a lot more time to develop your Steem projects :)

·

Thanks @kabir88. Not very optimistic about the markets but I will be around on this blockchain, anyway! :-)

·
·

I think the market will suprise many people on the way up as it has done on the way down :)

Hope lot of success to you on this "new life", you deserve!
I think you know, there are guys here on Steem from Netherlands and I'm almost sure they can help you there if you need something.
All the best to you! Go ahead mate!
(@psos) (I realized now that I'm logged on other account, funny... :) gifted by you)

·

Thanks psos. I know from @exyle’s feed there are cool steem related meetups on Rotterdam. Will try to join the fun once I am settled in. :)

·
·

I'm the one organizing those meetups! Should I put you on the invite list? I'm planning on doing one again in March :-)

·
·
·

I cant make it at March, but happy to join the future meetups after April. :)

Awesome! There are a few more Steemians who are now living and working in the Netherlands from other countries, so you can all start complaining about Dutch bureaucracy (and hopefully think of some positives of this peculiar country too :D)

Well deserved and you should be ranked higher IMO. GL on the move!

·

Me too, he's going up and up! I've been introducing him to kr community and some people actually voted for him.

·

Thanks for the kind words, Dan. :)

Best of luck to you brother!

Keep us informed, NL is a nice place to live, maybe a bit to cold during the winter, apart from that is all Gucci

·

Thanks mate. Yes, the weather will be really cold in comparison to what we have in Turkey. But thats probably the only downfall. :)

·
·

True that... great night life too.

And oh yeah, I will have a crack at your base when battles come back online on @drugwars... I hope you don't mind :)

·
·
·

Bring it on! :)

My base is well protected with all these bouncers and knifers. :)

Congrats on the move up the witness list! Well deserved Mr. Hivemind!
