How do you motivate yourself?
Hello,
today I got tired from work, with a lot more work than planned on my mind and with personal targets that I set up which pile up because I can't reach them in a timely manner.
I can say, that it feels discouraging, even demotivating to see so much stuff coming towards and without any means to deal with all. By the way, my name in Chinese, Alexander is Yalishanda, which means to be under great pressure. I know this after working two years for Huawei, where most of my colleagues have been Chinese.
I have to admit, that today I had a low point in motivation. I stepped out of the meeting, went out in the sun, as it was sunny, way to sunny for January and called my dear ones. My son said something in his own language, as he is still bi-syllabic. This gave me an uplift, as I work for them, I put this challenges so that they have a better life. It is my motivation.
Do I do everything right? Of course not. Right be to get out of the rat race. I try to build passive income, even if it is hard. I did not find the magic key yet.
So, after the motivation low today, I went home, played with my son, hugged him as he went to sleep, I got back to the grind. This is how I lift my motivation, simply by not stopping and moving on.
My question to you is, how do you lift your motivation?

I leave everything for the last minute, then the fear is coming, and this is my supreme motivation... :))
Motivation only can you take so far but purpose can last a lifetime 😀
