Just a friendly reminder for all staff below Management Level Ω... if you have saved up hours of daylight you need to use them by Friday or you lose them. The new plan started on March 12th. If you are not already signed up, please see Pam in HR.
Employees in branches above the arctic circle will be granted a small grace period.

Dear Barvon,
I understand your concern that adding additional daylight hours exceeding 24 hours may disturb the general public. It's not often that the sun literally stops it's course across the sky. While some people might panic, I suspect the majority of them will hardly notice, some might even enjoy the additional hours.
Please be sure to use your hours soon, because we don't want a repeat of 2006 when everyone used their daylight hours on March 25th and the sun was out for two weeks.

I would like to sign up for the Save Daylight Program before the cutoff period of March 12th.
Could our saved daylight package be delivered to the basement level, c/o the IT department?
We haven't seen daylight down here in a few months. I look forward to your reply. Please include sunscreen in the aforementioned package.
