Dear Barvon,
I understand your concern that adding additional daylight hours exceeding 24 hours may disturb the general public. It's not often that the sun literally stops it's course across the sky. While some people might panic, I suspect the majority of them will hardly notice, some might even enjoy the additional hours.
Please be sure to use your hours soon, because we don't want a repeat of 2006 when everyone used their daylight hours on March 25th and the sun was out for two weeks.
