Multichain, a cross-chain bridge, suffered a $120 million hack after its CEO went missing and its software malfunctioned.

The hack affected tokens going from the Fantom blockchain into either Ethereum or the Binance Smart Chain.

Multichain has not responded to requests for comment and its token price has fallen since the hack.
