Checking Bitshares' Twitter account, i stumbled upon this banner, originally shared by Kimchi-King [Mr. BTS] and re-shared by Bitshares.

Apparently Bitshares, my and probably many of yours', go-to DEX platform, will be rocking some neat upgrades soon.

I have wrote about the partnering with Arisebank and the Evander Holyfield promos before, but this is my favourite part. Why would i mess with any of the clunky and expensive Bitcoin wallets and payment gateways, when Bitshares, to where i can easily transfer my STEEM, BTS, Buildteam or any other coins/tokens, offers the same service? Currently, i get some tokens and assets monthly to my Bitshares account and the process of getting them to my bank account is long and heart-breaking. To see Bitshares and Arisebank tackle these issues, is a big positive move towards a full-featured DEX. Good-bye Bitwala!
Reduced lifetime membership fees
Previously lifetime membership fee was 1457 BTS, but now it's reduced a whopping 1346.2 BTS to 110.8 BTS

What else can you do on Bitshares?

Bryce Distillery is down. However, if bitshares are planning to launch a debit card, I am seriously considering that lifetime subscription.
The site is up but apparently you lot have sent them spiraling towards bankrupcy with such Boozecoin demand, that they have had to press pause on that campaign. Not to worry, i can tip you! How does a nice five thousand Boozecoins sound? Just drop me your BTS address and it's done :)

It was about time to reduce the costs of a lifetime membership. Due to the immense price increase the 1457 BTS weren´t reasonable anymore at all for the average user. Though I´ll never get why it´s gotta be 110.8 BTS rather than a catching value of e.g. 99 BTS or so :)
I guess they don't do catchy values, rather cold hard formulas...
This is really wonderful, this is what I was look for.
I will take a look on this service.
