4.新增提案管理。可以查看、授权批准或撤销收到的相关提案。
5.新增钱包&多签可导入普通账号及多签账号。
6.优化了本地自动备份钱包bin文件的主动性。
7.改进自动备份本地钱包所需要的网络状态，支持4g和WiFi网络下的自动备份。
8.优化api节点。
9.修复了部分可能引起闪退的bug。
10.完成了英文版的界面的翻译。
