It is a new cryptocurrency that was created using a method described as virtual fork. One beneficial thing about bitcore is the fact that bitcoin holder can claim bitcore if they had bitcoin before 20th October 2017. Bitcore, also does free air drops to holders of bitcore. I think this is a good thing, since it increases the price in the long run, making more profit for the holders.

Also, one good thing is that when bitcore gets listed on more exchanges like bittrex, poloniex bitfinex, binanace, KRW, then it will skyrocket in price. Therefore I consider this price a cheap one and it is timely to get some bitcore before price explosion.

My main purpose is to teach us how to claim Bitcore on Bitcoins held in Electrum wallet before 20th October, 2017 on Coinomi wallet

Bitcore has an official wallet which can be downloaded from their website(www.bitcore.cc).

These are the steps to follow

---

---

• Upgrade your coinomi wallet. This can be done in play store.

• Click on the left bar to add coin

• Click on add coin
  

• Select bitcore from the options.
  

• In the description you can write bitcore

• Click on advanced setting
  

• Type your coinomi password
  Type this to M/44H/150H/0H/1
  
  I wrote 2 at because I had initailly claim using 1.

• A bitcore wallet is then created for you
  

• Click on the right side

• Click on sweep wallet
  

• Open your electrum wallet

• Click on the tab labelled (Addresses)

• You will see the list of addresses you have and the number of bitcoins they had.

• Right-click on any of the addresses

• Click on Private key

• You will be prompted for password.

• Input your password
  

• Your private key will be revealed.

• Copy the revealed private key into coinomi wallet
  

• And then your btx will be moved into new coinomi wallet.

Note:

If you have more than one receiving addresses on electrum, you will have to claim each separately. What you will do is to repeat the above steps but you will only change the number in the end of M/44H/150H/0H/1 from 1 to 2 or 3 or 4 as many addresses that you want to claim btx from.
