Can 100,000.00$ be the Bitcoin price Target in 2018?
Hello dear fellows and friends, today I want to share with you my troughs about bitcoin price target by the end of the year, I'm sure you will get obvious reading the title ;), especially within these difficult times as the market is very uncertain because of a lot of manipulations going on, and the overload of all kind of information.
Bitcoin was designed to end up as a store of value(like gold even if I'm not very comfortable using this term), not for daily transactions or such things, there are other coins and tokens more flexible and fast without involving high fees for such use.
As you can see 2017 was an amazing year in the cryptocurrency world and many peoples who invested in Bitcoin are very happy and have made tons of money. This market is in its beginning and the best is yet to come.
A lot of people will join the walking, and the strongest coins will grow more and more :)
In 2017 alone, Bitcoin has gone from $1,000 to $20,000, which is obviously an impressive growth. What I'm seeing now in the market is the same hesitation we had during the same period in 2017.
The history is always repeating itself, maybe Bitcoin will not hit the 100k by the end of this year, but I believe that the chances are very high to at least overtake the 20k cap.

I think we may see ETH or another coin overtake BTC in market cap this year. BTC has the name brand recognition, but it has lots of issues in terms of usefulness for transactions.
ETH will overtake BTC, may be in 2019, but this doesn't mean that BTC will not grow more as store of value as I tried to explain :)

Think we will definitely reach 64k this year. By the way, I agree that BTC ended up as a store of value, but dont think it was designed with that purpose at all. I think it was designed with the prospect in mind of continuous updates, but these are not happening fast enough to really be a proper currency.
