Gold is currently valued at $8 trillion. When bitcoin becomes the digital gold, it's price would be $380,000 per coin (8,000,000,000,000 / 21,000,000 btc) - without inflation.
If bitcoin doubles its price every year, it would only take 5 years to reach the 380k price tag.
With bitcoin getting more and more popular and ubiquitous, it's now a question of WHEN not IF.

A lot is said about Bitcoin and it being equivalent to Digital Gold. If it remains as volatile as last year, Common Masses can never see it as Digital Gold or Store or Value. May be only the Millenials will, and those who have the patience to weather the storm!
