According to Hexabot's website...

Hexabot.top is an automatic trading bot system managed by officially registered in the United Kingdom company "HEXABOT CRYPTO TRADING LTD" with a registration number of #10991182 managed by Peter Shepherd. Our company develops automatic trading systems on the stock exchange crypto-currency.

I came away feeling surprised that the company is actually legitmate and provided a link to it's official government business registration details, it's business license, and the actual individual behind the company, Peter Shepard (also see his profile here).

Furthermore, upon registering for a free account, I was extremely surprised to see there was a live chat inside where users can directly chat with Peter whenever he was online.

That's usually a great first sign. With so many scammy, faceless cryptocurrency opportunities out in the wild, a transparent company with proactive customer service is really refreshing to see.

The company registration was filed on October 2, 2017.

The company's address appear to be a an office building in a commercial district which is a good sign:

This domain name was registered quite recently on September 8, 2017 and its WHOIS has Privacy Protection provided by WhoisGuard Inc. (which is based in Panama) so we do not know who is really behind the domain name. That's a red flag.

But all all of this together, and you get an above average company as they come with faceless opportunities that promote a faceless cryptocurrency.

What are the Hexabot Products and Services?

Hexabot's primary product and service is its automatic trading bot system that claims:

• Professional automated system
• Complex algorithms of artificial intelligence
• You have total control over your funds

More specifically the trading bot has three modes, each with different timeframes and returns on investment (ROI) which may change based on market conditions and the performance of the bot. These will be described in detail in the next section.

Second, Hexabot offers daily compounded interest on your deposits up to 100% (it used to be 75%, but on 11/9/2017 Hexabot increasead it). Compounding is the process when the value of deposit increases because of the earnings reinvested rather than being paid out.

How does Hexabot Work and What is the Compensation Plan?

Using Hexabot, you do not need to worry about trading on the coin exchange. The system will do everything for you through a choice of three automatic bots. Each bot has its own trading strategy and the percentage of potential income is different.

Automatic Trading Bot Modes:

1. Scalp Trading Bot (Pays Daily): 2.0-2.3%*

Once the bot mode is selected, you are restricted from changing to a different bot for a duration of time. Profit is being calculated on certain days depending on the bot you select.

For example, if you chose the Swing Trading bot today and it's profit is being calculated tomorrow, it means that you won't get the whole percentage but you get accrued interest from the date of choosing the bot. If profit should be 23% but you are using it for 1 day, it will be calculated as follows: 1/7*23 = 3.29% instead 23%. If it's been on for 7 days or more, you will get 100% from the profit. The same rules apply for the Technical Trading bot but its duration will be 3 days instead of 7 days.

Second, Hexabot offers daily, compounded interest from 0 to 100% on your deposits. You can use this feature to automatically reinvest your earnings in order to increase your investment and earn more. Compounding is a great way to increase your initial capital and grow it with time.

How and When Can I Withdraw My Money?

Hexabot charges a 7.00% fee for deposit releases.This is very good and makes Hexabot a lot more legitimate as without this fee, multiple accounts coordinating together can game the system and cause instability for the entire investment community.

Once deposits are released, they may be reinvested or withdrawn at any time which makes your investment much lower risk and highly flexible.

The crypto markets can be volatile and good or bad news can significantly swing the markets. As a result, it's important to be able to move your money in and out of investments whenever you want to lower the risks.

So Is There Really a Scam Going On?

Hexabot is one of the latest High Yield Investment Program (HYIP) opportunities backed by their supposedly proprietary automatic trading bot system that claims to have "zero losses last year".

HYIP's are part of the Wild, Wild West in the world of cryptocurrency and are full of scams, Ponzi Schemes, and faceless companies. Therefore, investing in any HYIP is high risk (and high return). What you are essentially gambling on is how long the train will last until the opportunity turns out to be a scam or Ponzi and it implodes.

HYIP's often incorporate in countries with lax fraud laws to secure immunity from investor laws in other countries and host their website with "privacy protection" so they remain anonymous and not liable for damages.

I am not saying Hexabot is a Ponzi or scam – at least it's too early to tell right now. But a wise investor would take precautions assuming the worse case scenario.

If you are a risk taker, my general strategy for investing in HYIPs like Hexabot is:

• Get in ASAP – the earlier the better. You will have more runway for your funds to take off.
• On the upside, you can easily double or triple your money within a short period of time.
• You can make even more if you participate in their affiliate programs, but this is not required. You can still make very good profits based on your investment.
• On the downside, you can lose everything if the HYIP turns out to be a scam or Ponzi and the developers take everyone's funds and run. So make sure you withdraw out your initial investment while you can so at least you break even.
