It is happening. Bitcoin will end up being a store of value and used for larger purchases.
Recently we saw a house, apartment, and college tuition all bought with bitcoin. I would expect you will see boats, cars, and motorcycles to follow.
This is a good deal for the university...hodl the bitcoin and it will receive, in effect, double the tuition.
