Trend: The spread between the lows and the highs seems to be narrowing which means the highs stay high but the LOWS are also higher, so the resistance lines and larger price corrections are leaving, presumably stabilizing the currency and supporting the price and increases.

best is to just hodl .. But real world use depends more on what coin you got. You can find coins with markets or coins like BTC you can buy anything with.

Every doubter 5 years ago is kicking themselves today that they didn't get on board. I'm one of them. Always enjoyed the notion of no central planning, but I always like physical value. I didn't understand the value of demand in a new untested industry and I equate it to those who doubted the lasting power of the internet in the beginning. But seeing the proof is enough to get on board. I've made a bit of money on it so far, but I'd be a millionaire today if I followed people's advice back in 2010 and 2011 with Bitcoin.
