Binance Re-opens Limited User Registrations and Adjusts Referral Program Terms
Binance decided yesterday to re-open user registration.
They had been dealing with issues about users selling Binance accounts, which they remind as strictly forbidden.
The referal program has been divided by 2.5 since the re-open.
