I regret to see the problem besides the cameraman simply organizing the bikes better himself if he sees it as a problem; they're unlocked right?
They are locked and is a nationwide issue.

Wow this is so peculiar to me as someone from the United States, specifically Chicago. We would never have this problem because if you left your bike like this unattended for more than three minutes someone will have stolen it for sure.
Not sure if that’s any better than having a problem of people leaving their bikes around though...
Well we dont have that problem in Canada.
Although crime is fairlylow in canada if you left your bike out like that someone would eventually steal it so I doubt anyone would leave their bike laying around like that.
not at all @larryphang if you parked your bike in such a way. you will never find your bike on your return:P.
