So the City of Toronto seems to think a failed idea can and should work if it worked elsewhere. Here is the "under new management" bike sharing...

Somehow I hear some mystery chanting in the background when I walk past these docks daily.

This time it will work....
This time it is different...
This time it is done at a larger scale...
This time the Toronto tax payers is picking up the tab again...
