Personal bias and emotional intelligence in our steemit social day - affect on leadership

Personal Bias in leadership and emotional intelligence has big affect on our views, living and social life. What we think about certain social aspects and cultures around us has big influence on our steps that we take in new environments and new steps in life.
In this example we have see sample of difference in opinion and difference in view in our social life.
Like for example when we say Asian members in social media areas are always working among themselves. That is generalization but also bias. Like discussion from friends in the social circle was if they are working on social and culturally connected project that would be acceptable. In other examples it would isolate them from the rest of cultural and social groups here and beyond in my opinion.

Diversification and multi social and multi cultural approach in our environment would be eliminating bias by simply using our intelligence and knowledge and education about.
We have old way of thinking vs new way of thinking and how this can affect communication between social groups and age groups generation gap.

Than we have Emotional Intelligence and its affect on bias opinion. This is closely related to personal competence and social competence. In section of personal competence we have two questions:
What I see? in this case it is related to self-awareness of our behavior and how we view self.
What I do? In this case is related to self-management and what we do in this circumstances.

In section of Social Competence we have same questions with social aspect and views:

What I see? In this case the way I see it is important aspect of what level is social awareness.
What I do? In this case is important element is relationship management. That will affect what we do in social groups and social life. Either we go along with it or we tend to change people around us. We all tend to see best in self and less better in other.

All this elements are directly and indirectly affecting effecting our view on self and our social life. How we perceive people and subjects around us can greatly influence our view.

We can choose emotional with intelligence to overcome obstacle in bias opinion. Like different color of people is maybe bias of good or bad. No! I don't accept that. With my education and my way I was born in modern world and I don't have bias and I accept all people equal because I am above bias aspect to color of ethnicity prejudice and bias.

I hope this post will help many others to accept many reality in life and overcome bias opinions.

Also one thing are view on disabled people. There is hesitation in communication in general. I have daughter who was injured in car accident and in wheelchair.
Social or personal bias?
This is longer topic and maybe she will write more in life about it.
It would take education, emotional intelligence, social relationship management and self management to overcome this bias in my opinion. This will take time and effort on national level to bring education about social and personal bias and related to emotional Intelligence.
Thinking process and implicit bias in general is an amazing topic of today’s life.
