We have to understand the common phenomenon for this, means in one family we possibly see multi minds and who do the things according to their will and thoughts, means, if anyone is playing the role of leadership, then first quality is never judge before proper analysis of particular aspect, many fail in leadership because they fail to understand the particular aspect of issue when we are in an community.
