7 cosas que NO debes hacer a tu piel

No me contengo las ganas de comenzar a darles todos mis Tips, comienzo con una lista de "cosas que NO debes hacerle a tu piel"
Me parece importantisimo que todos sepamos estas reglas básicas desde un principio
- Pellizcarte la cara.
- No exfoliar tu piel (rostro y cuerpo).
- No hidratar tu rostro.
- No aplicarte protector solar.
- Bañarte con agua caliente.
- No quitarte el maquillaje al finalizar el día.
Otro tip que les doy es evitar grasas, azucares y productos con altos en sodio
