Last Week, F$#@*d Around And Got A Triple Double is an 8% alcohol/volume Imperial/Double IPA made by Other Half Brewing Company in collaboration with The Answer Brewpub. Other Half Brewing is a Brooklyn beer company that was founded in 2014 by three dudes that decided they wanted to "create beers that they wanted to drink from a company that they wanted to be a part of." Since then they have been busting out delicious beers in collaboration with many different breweries. The Answer Brewpub is an award winning beer-joint from Richmond, Virginia. Brandon Tolbert from The Answer worked with Other Half Brewing Company to create this delicious beer called Last Week, F$#@^d Around And Got A Triple Double.

The Can
The can of the Last Week, F$#@*d Around And Got A Triple Double is bright and vibrant. It is served in a full 16 oz pint-can and has a purple and pink retro color scheme, featuring basketballs around the label. In basketball, a triple-double is when a player gets double digit totals in three out of five statistical categories—points, rebounds, assists, steals, and blocks—in one single game. In the case of this beer, the Triple Double is defined as a Triple dry-hopped Double IPA...
The Beer
First off, I would like to say thank you to my friend Nick Capalbo (seen above). If it wasn't for him being the king of beer connoisseurs, I never would have gotten my hands on this gem. Nick split the Last Week, F$#@*d Around And Got A Triple Double with me in the parking lot after the Skyview Plaza show at Overshores Brewing Company. It was absolutely delightful. The beer is made with Pilsner malt, oats and wheat mixed with a ton of Galaxy, Wai-iti, Mosaic and Vic Secret hops. Then it is triple dry hopped with more Mosaic and Galaxy hops, making it a juicy and hoppy delicious treat. This might have been the best tasting DIPA I ever tried in my life. As you can see below, it was ultra cloudy and resembled an orange juice. It had a blend of flavors due to the array of hops, but the taste of tropical pineapple really stood out to me. Overall it was an A+, top notch beer and I look forward to trying more from Other Half Brewing Company in the future.

Go this beer is totally fantastic, I love the color it has, it is like a pure orange juice with carrot because it has that color so strong yellow with a touch of orange. Seeing beers like these is that I would like more someday to try them, it really makes my mouth water to taste a beer as majestic as this one. Your friend Nick Capalbo if you see that he knows about beers as well as you, because if I introduce you this is because he is a great connoisseur of the subject. Thanks for sharing my friend, I'm sure you enjoyed it a lot.

Mmmmm.... Looks just like you're pouring orange juice! I've never been an IPA guy, but looking at your posts, you've helped me try some new ones at local breweries. This one looks fantastic!
They are definitely a hit or miss. When I went to Ireland I tried a few of their "IPAs" and had to pour them down the drain. Tasted like a sour. The New England 'Juice Bombs' are what I live for!

Everything about that beer looks amazing. The name and label are great. The colour and haziness, choice of hops... everything. If I get the chance I'll definitely give it a shot!
