🍺 The ritual with the limes - i need the truth right now :-) 🍺
What a big mystery about this beer, perhaps the biggest in mankind.
;-)
Back to jungle temperatures - 30° degrees today in the Ruhrgebiet - Germany -
To hot for sports, to hot for gardening, so lets get a great cool beer refreshment.
My personal story to this beer is easy.
I drink my first of this in a local diskothek about 16-17 years ago and it tastes very delicious.
The waiter served it, with a lemon....
so for me was at this moment clear, that this beer and lemons belongs together :-)
What is your mystery about this beer? Or you just drink it without a lemon? :-)
Little facts:
Alk. 4,5 vol
Ingredients:
barley malt, rice and/or corn, hops - and now a lemon ;-)
In my eyes a very digestible beer 🍺 which has a great taste.
I am always positive surprised when i have the opportunity to drink this.
Unfortunately its in my eyes to expensive.
The price is about 3-4 times higher, than normal pilsener here in our region.
The bottle has a cool look - feeling significant and has a pretty nice crown cap.
I would give for taste and optic a clear 9/10.
But unfortunately i have to pull one point off for the price.
So a good 8/10
Enjoy :-)

As far as I know the secret behind the lime is the color of the glass of the bottle. Only the brown glass blocks the specter of the light, which is responsible for the reaction between hops and light, which leads to somewhat spunky and not so pleasant smelling beer. 😁
The lime just “fixes” this issue if it is possible to be fixed!
Great photos! Cheers!
Haha good theory :-)
