Beautiful Sunday and Sublime Sunday - Krabi Island Adventure !!

Hi everyone here we are for another beautiful Sunday and this will be the last @beautifulsunday for this year. This Sunday i found myself in Krabi province which has a lot of famous islands around this province known by tourist all round the world. Krabi province has about 150 islands protruding out of the Andaman Sea some are just huge boulders with lush green trees growing of these huge boulders and some have white sand beaches around these huge boulders.

This been the last of my major big blogs for the this year it's going to be a big one with lots of pictures because it's been one of my best life time adventures i have even been on packed with drama.

The Tailboat was on time picked us up and we were heading out on Gilligan Island day tour.

It was absolutely the perfect day for this tour the waters were calm and the skies couldn't have been anymore bluer.

We were on our way and already these beautiful lush green limestone boulders protruding out of the ocean were looking just amazing.

Our first stop was going to be entering between two of these huge limestone boulders were we would be surrounded by lush forest and turquoise waters.

We had done our little tour within these surrounding boulders truly amazing there were people just swimming around in those beautiful waters enjoy that oasis. Heading back out now to a white sand beach.

Out of that beautiful oasis and heading towards the sandy white beach.

When we got to this white sandy beach it was inconvenient and not safe for the two Grandmas we had with us as it was going to be hard for them to walk along this path of of rocking water floats to get to the sandy beach so we decided to go to another beach and it looked to crowded anyway.

As we were heading to the other beach we came across there Thai people hooking jellyfish out of the waters apparently they are a delicacy sold to other Asian countries like Japan well who knew people ate jellyfish i will pass on that one...lol.

As we were approaching the other white sandy beach that we had decided to go the captain of the tailboat was doing his circuit to enter the beach from around the other side is where the entrance was when all of a sudden the boat lifted out of the waters with a loud bang.

The tailboat had hit and gone over some shape rock beneath us it cracked broken the wooden planks and the boat was taking in water real fast the captain gave the motor full throttle in hoping that the tailboat wouldn't sink before we reached the shore. We still had a quarter of a mile to go around this huge boulder before we hit the sand on the shore and the tailboat was filling up fast.

Thank God everyone was remaining calm we were working out how we were going to get four people to shore if the boat went down before we made it to shore because they couldn't swim and we were also getting as many plastic bags we could to put our phones and cameras in.

The captain had done well also by not panicking even though the motor also cut out on him because it had shorted out through water hitting the battery but the tailboat just had enough momentum to get us to shore well almost about 5 meters short. I lifted to two grandmas out of the boat one in each arm ...haha ... no actually one at a time and carried them about 5 meters to safety onto the sand bank.

*Everyone was safely on shore thank God it was certainly a dramatic experience but with everyone remaining calm we were a winner but sadly the boat wasn't.

All we could do now been stranded on Gilligans island was to try and make the best and enjoy the beautiful white sand beach and the stunning limestone boulders surrounding us.

You know it wasn't a bad island to be stranded on i was in no hurry to get back home we were all finding fun things to do lots of tree swings around to play on and we all found our fun things to do the surrounding just make you a bit silly and excited i think.

Spider man here didn't want to reveal his identity...lol.

It was the most small beautiful white sandy beach i have seen in Thailand and in the middle of the Andaman Sea just amazing and breathtaking.

Here is the name and coordinates of this beautiful paradise if you even decide to visit this island in Krabi Thailand which we have now named Gilligan's Island.

Well after 3 hours of been stranded on Gilligan's Island it was time the leave this paradise. The Thai boys had been hard at work repairing the tailboat amazing how quick they get together and help each other in situation like this.

All the water had been pumped out of the boat and boarded up with a couple of small wooden planks and nailed down with old rages under the wooden planks to seal of the water coming in a temperature measure to get the tailboat back home for proper repair.

The national park rangers came to the rescue they took the grandmas and others back home in another tailboat because of the temperature repairs it was not safe to load everyone back into the damaged tailboat.

Myself and couple of us went back in the damage boat to assist the captain in getting his tailboat back on safe land for more invoved repairs.

We all made it back to safe grounds after quite a exhausting , exhilarating day at sea it certainly was something that none of us had exprience before but the good Lord lead us back to safety following the white cloud cross in the blue skies.

It wasn't long that we could see home not far in front of us.

We had all made it back to safe grounds everyone had a smile on there faces well down to everyone that assisted in the rescue operation and it was time for a couple of cold beers.

The good byes and the thanks for the great team work were shared amongst everyone and we all lived to see another day of this beautiful paradaise.

And we live to see another Happy New Year.
