#BeautifulSunday A different veggie sandwich | 不一样的素食三文治 (by @ace108)
A few days a go I bought a pack of this mala bean curd skin from JueWei store in Ang Mo Kio MRT station. Today, decided to have it as a different kind of brunch for #beautifulsunday.
几天前后，我在宏茂桥地铁站的绝味店买了一包这种麻辣腐皮。 今天美丽星期天，决定把它作为另一类早午餐。

Making the sandwich | 做三文治
倒入钢制容器中。
Pop it into the airfryer.
把它放进气炸锅。
Set the time and temperature. Switch on the airfryer.
设定时间和温度。打开气炸锅。
Very soon. Ready to eat.
很快就有得吃了。
Tried one and it is quite mala which sort mean numbing spicy. Decided to try it as a kind of sandwich and I must say the result is quite an interesting vegetarian sandwich. Great for cold rainy days we are having lately.
尝试了一点, 它真是相当麻辣。决定做另一个实验。一种麻辣腐竹三文治。结果还相当满意的素食三文治。最近天气很冷。吃这个也不错。

I wonder whether NTUC sells this. I have yet to notice such food product but it is really interesting combination as a sandwich.
They should have the bean curd skin but if you want the mala taste, you'll have to do something with them yourself. :-)

Ah, it is an air fryer. I looked first at the photo and thought what is this a coffee machine. LOL. Now, I know. ;-)

我的话：第一，绝味的麻辣真的是辣的不行超过了我的程度；第二，我都是直接放嘴里吃的哈哈。
我拿回家放冰箱几天又不想吃冷冷的。弄热后，大部分都直接吃但有两块面包就要过期了就。
