Beach Wednesday ~ Along the Great Ocean Road
It's Wednesday! And it's #BeachWednesday!!
Let's visit a stretch of beach along the iconic Great Ocean Road, Victoria, Australia.
The Great Ocean Road is a spectacular Australian National Heritage stretching 243 km (151 miles), winding alongside the wild and windswept Southern Ocean. It was built by soldiers after the war between 1919 and 1932 and dedicated to soldiers killed during World War I. The road stands as the world's largest war memorial.
This stretch of beach we are visiting today is along the Bay of Martyrs, which is part of the Bay of Islands Coastal Park.

It's a little over-cast today but bits of blue skies are peeping out at us after a light rain. We are surrounded by cliffs of red earth which dominate the views...

I have visited many beaches in Australia there are so many but that one yeah maybe one day. Will be going home next year to visit family may even get there never know :)
