The best time for the first bath is at 03.00 in the morning. Basically, bathing after 24.00 is highly recommended by medical experts because it can provide greater energy for the body. Bathing after Maghrib time is not recommended and even prohibited, because the heart condition at that time begins to weaken. If bathing at that time the heart will experience a shock and can cause sudden death. Bathing at night can also disrupt the body's metabolic processes. The reason is, at night, body temperature is dropping and requires rest. Bathing at night can cause the pores to open and water to enter more easily so that it can disturb the body's metabolic system. Some doctors say bathing once a day is suitable for many people. But for many people, two to three times a week is sufficient and may even be better for maintaining health. Therefore, there is no specific standard regarding the frequency of bathing for everyone.
