I can't withdraw from steemit, it says bandwidth exceeded?

I get the following error when I try to transfer STEEM to everywhere and then I can't do any other action.

Username bandwidth limit exceeded. Please wait to transact or power up STEEM.

Anyone know what this means? I have 500$ in steemit and if it's nothing to you, to me would be of help. Please help.
