Planktons/Minnows Like Us can Help Resolve Bandwidth Problem.
Exceeded bandwidth limit has been a problem for fellow Steemians with little Steem Powers these days. It stopped them from doing any activities inside the Steemit platform. I am not a techy person so I really don't know why bandwidth problem is happening. I also haven't encountered this problem in October 2017 when I first came here. One thing is for sure, we should power up to avoid it.
But how can they earn and power up fast if they kept on experiencing such issue?

Yes, US! We can help a friend or someone who is experiencing bandwidth problem everyday, by delegating at least 10SP to them. If you have at least 150SP or more in your wallet, you can do it. Delegation is just letting someone borrow your Steem Power. You can take it back anytime you want and in just a span of one week, it will appear to your wallet again.
I tried delegating 10SP to my friend @tonie, as an experiment.
Everytime we chat, she always had this issue. She often tell me, "I will just post a blog tomorrow, bandwidth issue again." Hearing this to my friends most of the time is really sad. They are eager to grow in this community, but they are stopped. I felt lucky because I never experienced it during my first or two months in the platform. I was free to post, comment, and upvote anytime I like.
So, I said I will delegate 10SP to her, then we'll see if it will work.
Fortunately, it worked!
It has been over a week when I delegated steem power to her and she no longer had the bandwidth issue since then. I am so happy! She's happy too. I promised not to take the SP back until she had enough SP on her own.
I would definitely share some of my SP again to few of my friends. This time, I will try to delegate 5P and see if it can sustain enough to avoid the issue (another experiment 😆).
If 5SP will work, that means we can help more.
Yes, it decreases my vote value, but knowing that your friends are able to perform freely in the platform, that's HAPPINESS! If only I have enough to share more delegation to those in need, I will definitely help.
I know people behind Steemit are doing their best to resolve this issue. And while we are waiting for this to happen, we can help in our own way...

Very helpful. I never experienced it yet but I did saw some saying about this bandwidth limit problem that sometimes occur to them. That's very helpful that you came up with that solution (delegation), and extended a hand to your friend. You have a good heart, please keep it up. 😊

Yes.. Digiart helped me grow here in Steemit. It just takes patience in practicing it..
Finally! Somebody said it! For sharing this "trick" on how to get past the restriction, thank you, Haide. You just don't know how much this means, not only to me, but to all of us newbies who keep on experiencing this.
Glad to know the higher-ups are already aware of this, and are open to suggestions as well.

Oh my! I'm learning a lot from this thread alone. Finally, a guide that is easy to understand. Ang galing! Nakapag-power up na din, pero konti lang muna. Hehe.
Minsan kc hinihold for emergency purposes din.. Di din pwd ipower up lahat kc it takes 1 week pra mkuha yung first payment sa power down. Yung iba naman wala tlgang pang power up.
Kaya lang pag newbie kailangan talaga mamuhunan muna :)

Mas mahirap nga nong 2016 kaya iniwan ko tong site as in 1 vote/comment lang yata nagagawa ko noon sa isang araw kapikon kaya hindi talaga ako nakatiis. Gumawa na lang ako new account nong nakita kong marami na pinoy 😂
Ou ok din yung ganun.. Pero sa kin naman kc mga kaibigan ko tlga muna pinasahan ko ng delegation. Yung alam ko tlga yung dahilan kung bakit di muna nila pwd ipower up ang sbd nila. So far sa mga na delegate ko,mga 0.02 or 0.03 pa lang naman na vote value nabawas sa kin. Di pa naman masyado masakit.. Hehe. Soon pag ok na sp nila, ipapasa ko din sa ibang nagkakabandwidth din..
Dati may pinasahan ako Steem pinag Power Up ko na lang para lang matuto haha 😂 hindi ko kasi alam yung SP delegation pano 😊 binasa ko post ni timcliff sumakit ulo ko hahaha nakamobile lang kasi ako lagi 😅
Mobile lang din ginagamit ko. Wla ako lappy.punta ka lang saglit sa steemd.com,kukunin mo lang yung value ng steem_per_mvests, den icocompute lng konti, tapos yung mismong link na binigay ni timcliff magiging format mo. May mga irereplace ka lng don konti. Then magiging ok na xa..

I didn't experience it too because I only vote/post/comment a FEW during my first week then after my first week I Power Up right after receipt of my rewards even if it's only cents. Karamihan kasi hinohold lang nila SBD :)
