Step by Step of Lemon PIE @betzy
Hello everybody!
Today is Friday I will show you my recipe for LEMON PIE!
Duration 20 minutes
Degree of difficulty: easy
Utensils:
Oven
Blender
Circular mould 22cm diameter and 4cm high
Electric mixer
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 can condensed milk
Lemon juice
150 grams of unstuffed sweet biscuits
60 grams of Margarine or butter
¼ Kg of sugar
Procedure
Step 1
Start crushing the biscuits until they are powdered.
Step 2
Apply the margarine, and knead until it can be molded.
Step 3
In a mold of 22cm diameter and 4cm high, proceed to spread the cookie dough, so as to cover the walls and bottom of the mold, and then to the oven.
Step 4
In a blender place only the egg yolks (the whites for Italian meringue), also the can of condensed milk and lemon juice to taste. Beat approximately 30seconds or until the mixture rises slightly or increases.
Step 5
Place the mixture from the blender in the layer of the biscuits. Put it back in the oven.
Step 6
While the mixture is in the oven, the next step is the Italian meringue, in a pot place the sugar and slightly moisten with water, and leave it on medium heat. With the egg whites beat until point of snow. Once the point of snow and the sugar should be ready to proceed to apply in the egg whites, gently and in turn beating, little by little, until the egg whites change the texture. You can also add a lemon juice to taste.
Step 7
Remove the mould from the oven, apply the meringue mixture and make a kind of beak for aesthetics, and put it back into the oven so that the beaks will brown ... only for 1 minute or until they brown.
