Auto show on Wedding invitation..Valentine week!
As Valentine day is closing on, and the winter season is almost packing up from Northern. There is always a surge of wedding event across Delhi.
The days around Valentine time are favourable as the couple wanted to tie the knot to celebrate the togetherness on Valentine. The day for lovebirds and couples, who by theory assume Valentine day as the Romance day.
Anyway, coming back to the topic, as the wedding season during Valentine is at peak. We can see a severe surge of traffic across the city. And at the wedding venue you happen to see an Auto expo
Yessirr an auto expo, with complete variety of automobiles parked on the road, on the pedestrian, everywhere. With arranged lighting all over the road no one worry about the vehicle as it parked anywhere.
The bigger and gala the wedding event , the more the vehicle you will see. No limits from small hatchback to sedan to suv you have all the variety parked along the road side.
The guest from around the city or from neighbouring state throng into the wedding place to attend the event. Coming to the event on own vehicle is what they wanted more and creating traffic chaos.
In India, the wedding event took place either in closed community hall or open club lawns . But with the increased wedding event during these season, many occupies the open lawns or school grounds for the arrangement. Although they take the permission from the local authority, they get to full occupy the spaces for the night. Most of the wedding party took place at night, with some lavish and awsome arrangement.
It happens i just crossed the wedding event day before and was in anger to see the traffic snarls due to inadequate parking at the wedding event. If the worthy people can arrange so much bigger tent arrangment , cant they arrange some parking inside?? By minimising some of the eating area.
As the cars were parked on tye road side by the wedding guests, other commuters on that road have to face the music with slow movement. Also the band party awaitin on the side of the road, it going to create achaos at that place.
The band part consists of a "Tonga" i.e so called charriot and few lightman along with the DJ the generators and the crazy wedding guest called "barati" doing some crazy dances on DJ tunes will occupy the entire road therby blocking the vehicle movement for a while . untill they were not get entered on the wedding venue.
Terible situation for the regular travellors as they wanted to return to home after work and they get stuck up on the roads due to the lavish wedding event and so called road side Auto expo.
It took me a while to cross the area due to traffic chaos caused by the wedding event Thankfully i reached home on time.
I will make sure to share some of the photography from inside the wedding event too. The lavish wedding party that were arranged to make everyone happy. A time when two souls ties to stay together.
