Will Charles be crowned?

In 1949, when Charles was born, an astrologer, Charles Carter looked at the chart of the new royal heir and predicted that Charles would never be crowned.

In the 70+ years since, Charles has had his ups and downs. No-one at the time of his birth apart from Carter, predicted Charles would have to wait so long to be king. Yet he became defacto king on the late queen's death, and we are a week from the coronation.

Carter's reasoning was based on Jupiter being weak in Charles birth chart.

Then there is Charles' accession chart. He became king three days after the ill-favoured Liz Truss. Many of the elements in her weak Prime Ministerial chart are in his king chart - not least the number of retrograde planets.

Charles Carter wrote in 1949,

At some time the Native himself would relinquish the burden of his high estate. Note Sun in opposition to Neptune in the 1066 horoscope. The practice of voluntary abdication may become more frequent in the future, for the burdens of sovereignty grow and those who bear them may reasonably ask for some years of repose, like other workers.

Charles' Sun at 22 Scorpio 25 is indeed opposite the England Neptune at 22 Taurus 12.

The other thing about Charles' chart is his Moon at 0 Scorpio 26. It's in an exact square from transiting Pluto. The square will last for two years - and that might be the duration of Charles' reign.
