my name is Lilly I am 20 years old and just recently graduated from High school, I live in Germany and plan on starting ASMR videos soon

My goal is to help as many people as I can and how am I gonna do that ? - I speak 4 languages (English French Spanish and German).
I am going to make use of these 4 languages to help not only english speaking viewers, but also others.

Mental Health is really important to me to the point where I wonder if caring this much about mental health is healthy.
We avoid talking about it because we think that we give others access to our ''weaknesses''or because fear being seen as insane but in my opinion we have to address it to avoid turning it into a taboo topic and to raise awareness.

When it comes to physical disorders I believe that there are too many people suffering in silence, I want to be there for these people as much as I can in that area. Of course I won't replace a doctor but I want ease so kinda pain.
