My Entry to Artstorm Contest #10 Day 5 - Theme: Clowns

Clowns

I want to show you again my drawing clown that I posted last month and I want to enter to miss @deemarshall's contest for Clown and I took this opportunity again to show to you my drawing: clown.

This is my entry to @deemarshall Artstorm Contest #10 Day 5 - Theme: Clowns

Materials Used

1. Pencil
2. Sharpener
3. Eraser
4. Technical pen (0.5)
5. cotton bud
6. Watercolor pencil

Work in Progress

I used my technical pen 0.5 to traced his eyes then I colored his pupil into color black. After
that, I colored his Iris color white and light blue.

I continued on tracing his eyes, then I put color red on the edge of his eyes. Then, I traced the black make up on his face by the use of my coloring pencil, color black and I spread it by the help of cotton buds.

I continued shading for the color black.

I also colored his eyebrows and its forehead into color black.

I put color red for his bloody tears that's kinda flowing down to his nose and also for his nose, I colored the outer color into black before I colored the inner into color red.

I proceeded on his lips. Same as what I did for his nose, I colored first the outer part which is color black for the linings of his lips and I colored the inner into the color red for his lipstick.

After his lips, I then started to trace his teeth by use of my coloring pencil.

Instead of coloring his face into color white, I mixed two colors: gray and silver for the color of his face to emphasize the makeup on his face. Inthe beginning, I already put color red on the edges of his eyes, but now I also colored his sclera color red but just a light color though, I darkened a little on his nose so that his nose would be emphasized by the help of color gray.Then, I traced his face into color black and I colored his hair into color green.
