Kaneki Ken

I think I draw this one about 2 to 3 years ago. But I'm going to show you on how I made this one of the famous half human half-ghoul or known as the Eyepatch since when he is normal he hide his left red eye then when he wants to be a ghoul he hides his right normal eye.

Kaneki Ken is the main protagonist of the anime Tokyo Ghoul. He was an ordinary student before he met a beautiful girl name Rize, he was kinda addicted to her or let's just say he fell in love with this girl, without knowing that, that girl is a famous ghoul that eats only human flesh. So basically, Kaneki Ken was her prey and Rize is the predator that is trying to lure Kaneki so that she can eat him.

Rize almost devour Kaneki and sad to say Kaneki almost died and Rize died because as far as I have remembered there was someone who helped Kaneki. But thanks to another ghoul that he brought to a hospital for his critical condition and thankfully he was saved because the one operated him put mostly the active organs of the late ghoul Rize, then that is the beginning of Kaneki who turned into a half human and a half-ghoul.

Charcoal (medium)
4H Graphite Pencil
Bond paper
Eraser
Cotton Buds

• I started to spread the charcoal on his hair with the help of cotton buds. Since on this drawing, it his face is divided into a half human and half-ghoul.

• The next thing I did was to trace his face especially his eyebrows, his ear, one-fourth of his lips down to his neck and collar with the help of cotton buds for spreading some light charcoal on him.
  After on his left side, I continued on his right hair where it is a color white and I colored the dark area for charcoal.

• And so, I continued on his mask, his mask color is black and the sclera color of his eyes is color black then the colors of his iris is red then his pupil is black, so basically I only colored his pupil black since this drawing is a black and white so I leave his pupil black instead of coloring it into red.

• After the color of his mask and half of his hair, I continued on the side of his mask like a gas mask. His mask was designed by his co-ghoul Utah one of famous mask designer for ghouls since the ghouls hide their selves for killing and eating some flesh. Kaneki's mask was like smiling onfull teth but the center of it was a zippper so it look like that and so Icontinued on coloring some part of his clothes by black since the last thing I remembered when his hair became all white even if he is a half-human and a half-ghoul, the last clothes he wears is black.
