Its been been five month since I have joined steemit and @karensuestudios was one of my earliest friends here. It has been an amazing ride ever since. If I want to define Karen, the amazing acroyoga gal from California, following words come into my mind...

She has always been kind, generous and caring to me. She posses this unique ability to put a smile on one's face. Even during the most gloomy and darkest days(my father's demise) of my life, I would have a look at her posts and smile. She is among the very few friend who pulled me back to life, from the dark abyss.
You must be wondering How can she???, but believe me, Karen can do this to you. And I think this is one of hers most amazing charms. So if you are not following her, I suggest you must do it now.

Delegation Giveaway and My Entry

I always thought of Karen as a distributor of smiles and happiness but this time Karen surpassed my expectations...Yeah, She has this ability to surprise you...
e.g. I was surprised when I saw her lifting @acromott on her legs during acroyoga. (Karen do you remember that, I am sure @acromott remembers😄😄😄)
As a celebration for reaching 3500 followers Karen has announced to distribute 3.5K delegated steempower for one month to the fellow newbie steemians, leaving many other with their mouths open. I mean just think, how cool and generous of her...I always knew that she had a big heart(despite of her small size😜😜😜), but this is on a whole new level.
I personally feel confused as I submit my entry for this delegation give away!!!
Karen has already done so much for me and I think what more can I ask of her???This delegation by her is nothing in comparison to the love, care and smiles she always brought to me.
I have seen other delegation entry posts and observed people making huge promises...

I will do this...
I will do that...
I will help ---...
With all due respect and and without doubting their intentions( I am in no position to judge anyones intentions), I am not going to make promises that I can't keep.

But I do promise you this Karen that it doesn't matter if I get this delegation or not, We will always be friends.

I will continue powerup my steemit account, for I believe that the best thing a steemian can do is to keep progressing and believing in this platform and the best thing to do so is by powering up.

The rough cost of 700 sp delegation for one month is around 20 steem.
1 steem= 3.26 $ (as per coinmarketcap)
20 steem= 3.26 X 20 = 65.2 $
So I will be donating 65.2 $ to SOS Children's Villages Pakistan. I couldn't think of a better deserving cause than this. Here is a glimpse of what they do...

The organisation is working towards the goal of one day being able to provide shelter to every deserving child in the country. This is a realistic target as the organisation admits only those children who are either complete orphans or, categorised as 'social' orphans. Social orphans are the result of the mother being remarried or having an incurable disease or mental illness and, as a consequence, being unable to provide for the children.

A Side Comment

Some days ago, I ran a small project to support an orphan family and I was amazed to see the aspirations and contributions of steemit community. So many steemians contactacted me openly and discreetly and contributed... The collected money has been dispatched to the end user as we speak and I will make a post about it soon...Special thanks to @polebird for generous donation...

A while ago, I promised you a surprise but due to some unforeseen issues of mine, I failed to keep it.

I asked an artist friend of mine @faisal007 to draw you and this is what he end up doing...Hope you love it!!!
