[Leather] Strap replacement

Strap replacement, I got a client, she has a LV bag but the shoulder strap seems too old that she need to get a new one. So she finds me and send me this picture with the length of strap to me. The tricky point is I need to get both buckles at the even length.

I bought two 4cm Italian vegetable tanned belts from the leather supplies and asked the leather shop to skive down to 2mm for me.

It took me around 6 hours to completed the stitching......Zzz

I also made a should pad for her.
