'Window and Red Flower'
It would only be an ordinary shabby window if it wasn't for the flower. It would only be an ordinary red flower if it wasn't for the shabby window. This is usually how things fall into their places and complement each other in the grander scheme. People do, too. However, in all of the arts, parts harmonically creating the whole is essential and very needed. Well, in all life matters, just as well.
The composition consists of several squares, following each other and ending with the smallest one. In that one, we can see an organic form, as well as a reflection of another. Even the drapes are covered by shapes with curved lines. All of this creates a contrast to everything outside of the smallest square.
The colours are very balanced together. The point of interest, where the attention goes to, is definitely the red. It serves as a strong accent. There is just about enough red to neatly balance the greens and blues in the smallest square, as well as in the overall scheme.
This is a true display of parts fitting together really well. Even a simple motif can lead to a satisfying result.

You know, in ancient Greece and Rome, the red rose was an expensive and luxurious thing. They used to be available only to the rich and noble. Red roses are also an inspiration for painters and writers. While in religious rituals, red roses in ceremonies and also rituals of medication.
The interesting thing happened in the 15th century, there is a historical record of the so-called "War of the Roses" aka the Rose War. The Rose War is not as beautiful as its name. It was a civil war in England. The red rose symbolizes the Lancaster family being a white rose is the emblem of the York family. When Henry VII of the Lancaster family married Elizabeth from York, he described the roses of these two symbols as Tudor roses.
There is also ancient Greek mythology, which tells the story of Venus, the son of a god of romance (the god of desire, erotic love, charm and compassion) who was stung by a bat for accidentally shooting arrows at the rose garden. The verse shot causes the thorns to grow on the roses. When Venus walks into the rose garden, you are pierced by a Rose thorn, so the drops of blood make the red roses.
Well said. These things complement each other and individually they do not represent such value. Sometimes it is difficult to create a balance where one thing will ideally complement another thing. But it is even more difficult not to pass by such harmony (that is, to notice it among many ordinary windows).
Among people, it is also not often possible to notice couples who are extremely complementary. Unfortunately, some people are direct opposites and repel each other. They must complement each other and not repel and suppress. So sometimes it's so hard to find your second half that will complement and support you in everything.
This composition is balanced in many respects. The main thing is that it is balanced in the objects and colors of which it is composed. Red color fits perfectly next to green and is the main highlight of this composition. I like your ability to find beauty in simple everyday things.

The reflective effect that is happening in this picture creates a sort of illusion for me. At first glance, it almost looks like the flower pot could be on the outside of the window pane. The pattern in the drapes creates the illusion of mountain tops in the background. It is definitely an image that should not be rushed if you want to see it for what it is

This sounds very welcoming, but the truth is that only the 'bigger players' which are members of already powerful so called groups or societies, get the attention. It works like a self-contained microorganism where somehow only members are voting themselves up. So 'normal' users remain unappreciated. This is my personal opinion and it has nothing to do with your works, it's just a critical observation. Maybe I'm making myself unpopular with this post, but that's how things work on steemit right now and it's pretty frustrating for the 'little' artists out there.
