Graffiti vs. Street Art

It was a week or so ago and terribly sorry I cannot remember who did the post. The post was on this very subject. I had made the point in stating that I feel that the 2 are very different, in my personal opinion. I had been trolling through FB to see this video.

I thought this video very clearly supports what I was trying to say. Street Art is very different than graffiti. It's is a defaced, broken, damaged, or even an open canvas to add a point of thought. A spot of beauty to lighten someone's day. Street art is an addition to a subtraction. It differs from locale, region, country, and so on. I know a lot of people see this as defacing. At least this gentleman is improving the situation.

What do you think? When it is graffiti? Or when is it art?
