Unique words that can't be translated into english!
Every language has their own, unique words that define a situation, feeling, action or emotion that just can't quite be translated into a different language.
Isn't it fascinating how that works?
We grow up learning different languages and assume that tehre's a certain word for everything in every language - but really, there isn't!

I didn't know Duende before
That was great! Jayus, I love it!!! One thing I've always liked about German is compound nouns. If you want to describe something you just string together a list of its attributes and voila... there you have it!

I don't know why they use Latin for science...German seems so much better suited for it (as you so eloquently demonstrated lol!)
