Painting a Monkey with Acrylic Paint.
Hi friends
A long time ago I bought some acrylic paints but I really did not love the technique so I left them stored and never touched them again.
A few weeks ago fixing my room, I found them and remembered an old canvas that I had saved.
And get to work, I started painting. I was sure that I wanted to make a monkey and print some internet references
I think the process was a disaster, I started with small details and then in the process I realized what I should have painted first
At times I did not feel comfortable with the brushes and used my fingers to blur better or move faster
Maybe I should have started with the background or maybe with the blacks.
I reminded my painters friends who said that black is not good to use.
I also reminded my math teachers to say "the order of the factors does not alter the product"
However, I think that if I had a step-by-step order, things would have been easier.
In the end everything went well and the monkey looks great in the living room of the house.
The process was enjoyed as many times as I wanted to throw it into the garbage truck. But it is learning after all.
