hi @romanie, your painting is wonderful! you can feel the warmth of the Ibiza sun up here! I went to have your site and so I could see your other paintings and read how your paintings are born. It is fascinating when you talk about the process in which they are born, as if they spoke to you from the inside up to reveal themselves in colors and shapes.
I share your thought that art is a means and not an end, and it is like a meditative and healing therapy, which saves us from the external noise of chaos to bring us closer to peace.
can you keep yourself through your paintings? I hope so, that your passion is also your job!

Hi ! Thank you so much for looking into my work and taking the time and interest to read though the process. to answer your question, I don´t live fully from my paintings because I feel that it would change what I do to try to please people who might buy. I have been a firefighter for years and since 2011 I quit that and just work with art with children. I find this is a great balance to keep a healthy interaction with the society.
