I never knew how much effort it takes to draw a snake. So many little details. I initially wanted to draw a Black Mamba, but found this Forest Viper to be really interesting.
As per usual, I made use of gel- and ballpoint pen on a sheet of 200gsm A3 paper. The shading is done in ballpoint pen while the darker details are added with a gel pen.
