That looks more like a digitally altered photograph to me. Especially after finding this photograph.

It took about two seconds to find the original photograph. It's easy.
Your post is misleading, in my opinion. A painting and a digitally altered photograph(one that you have to pay to use) are two different things.
I'll give you a chance to explain yourself before I decide to flag/downvote the post or not. Flags remove money, just so you know.
