Learning semi-realistic drawing - Noctis / セミリアル イラスト勉強中 - ノクティス描きました

Hi everyone!
How are you? I hope you are all well and being creative!
Today, I’m going to share my very first semi-realistic drawing.
I’ve always wanted to try this art style but I was also avoiding it at the same time because I knew that it would be lots of work.
I don’t have traditional painting skills and I think drawing in a semi-realistic style needs that.
Anyways, this is Noctis Lucis Caelum from Final Fantasy.
I used the reference from the link above. You might find the exact reference I used...I hope you can find it...well, you might not XD
I’m happy about the results of my very first try.
Although the layers of this drawing are a mess! It is all over the place and so messy.
I hope that improves over time as well as the time I spend on.
It took a really long time to finish. I gave up on drawing his clothes. It was getting too much.

こんにちは、皆さんいかがお過ごしでしょうか？
今日は先日…と言ってもずいぶん前に描き始めたのですが、やっと出来上がったセミリアルイラストを投稿したいと思います。
CCCトークンを集めているので　Creative Coin Contest! // Week 18 // 500 Creative Coin Prize! にもエントリーしたいと思います。

以前からセミリアルで描くことに憧れていたのですが、とても難しそうなので避けてもいました。
セミリアルで描くにはある程度、水彩画などを描くときの色を重ねるスキルが必要だと思うのですが、私にはそれがないのです。
とにかく模写がいいなということで、ファイナルファンタジーのノクティス・ルシス・チェラム を描いてみました。
リンクを開くと元絵が見つかるかもしれませんw
初めてにしては頑張れたかなと思います。
けれどレイヤーがめちゃめちゃでもう何がなんだか^^;
時間もかかり過ぎて、辛くなってしまったので今回は首から下を描くのは諦めました。

The most different thing about semi-realistic drawing from anime drawing is that you don’t do lineart.
I added base colour on the sketch here and what you do is keep adding colour on.
The sketch layer is the top layer right now but this is just the guide for adding colour and it will not be shown on the finished drawing.

セミリアルで描く時、アニメ描きと大きく違うのは、線画を描かずに色を入れていくところでしょうか。
ここでスケッチレイヤーは、一番上にありますが、色を塗る際に参考にするだけで、出来上がりのイラストでは消してしまいます。

I think you would be colouring on the same layer or less layers than anime drawing but I got really confused so my layers are a mess!

厚塗りという方法でレイヤーを少なめに色をのせていくみたいなのですが、私には無理でした。

Some more details are added and my Noctis Lucis Caelum is done!
