This character first appeared on Earth 29. It was then that Bizarro saw off the Superman of an alternate Earth for the first time, fighting the local Metallo without the Unjustice League of Unamerica. He also took part in the death of the entire Multiverse. Later, Bizarro №1 went to work on Earth 0. During this time, Bizarro-Superman was on an air trip and skipped a party of three villains. This character later teamed up with other alternate Supermen to bring eternal life to a threat outside the Multiverse.

The action takes place on Earth 0. Bizarro №1 attacks the Metropolis train station. Luckily, he manages to escape before Superman arrives (0). Later, Bizarro-Superman receives an invitation to "Breyfogle Island" (0), but upon arriving there, he realizes that the invitation was sent by Batman (Joker) (0) and Robin (0). Bizarro attacks them. During the battle, the Joker activates his cannons and begins to ride a roller coaster. As a result, Bizarro №1 kills Robin with his fire breath and destroys the roller coaster, causing Batman to fall to the ground. As a reconciliation, the Joker smears Bizarro-Superman with his Sun Cream (0).
