This character first appeared on Earth 29. It was then that Bizarro saw off the Superman of an alternate Earth for the first time, fighting the local Metallo without the Unjustice League of Unamerica. He also took part in the death of the entire Multiverse. Later, Bizarro №1 went to work on Earth 0. During this time, Bizarro-Superman was on an air trip and skipped a party of three villains.

Bizarro is attacked by the Gatherers. During the battle, Bizarro №1 learns that his name is on the list of some Prophet. The Gatherers defeat Bizarro-Superman and knock him out.
The action is transferred to the Prophet World, which is located outside the Multiverse. Waking up, the main character realizes that he is deprived of his powers and is in a special prison cell created especially for him. After a while, the Prophet sends our hero to the rest of the captured Supermen. They are forced to dig "Superman's grave" forever. Bizarro №1 later meets Pre-Flashpoint Superman (Kal-El) (0). After a long conversation with Clark (0), the hostages decide to unite. Then Ultima Thule moved to the Prophet World, from which the rest of the Supermen, not taken prisoner, fly out. When the symbols of all Supermen, including the main character, shone with a blue color of hope, their abilities returned to them. A fight ensues, as a result of which Bizarro-Superman wins, and Boyzarro escapes. Realizing that Bizarro-Superboy and Super Foes have disappeared somewhere, the main character sends Robzarro and Tiny in search of the first, and he goes in search of the rest. Flying over his farm, Bizarro sees that Boyzarro, Robzarro, Tiny and the heroes of Earth 0 are being transported there. These heroes turned out to be:

A few minutes later, Bizarro-Superman is attacked by Loiz, who brought with her a bunch of weapons and the protagonist's rocket. Bizarro kills Bizarro-Lois Lane. Sitting in the capsule and leaving his son, Bizarro №1 flies off the planet. During the flight, Bizarro-Superman sees the destruction of Earth 29.
