If you don’t know me or are a new follower, my name is digicrypt. My blog usually covers cryptocurrency and cryptography, but Steemit has inspired me to explore my artistic side.
A few days ago, I had the privilege of voting with Whale power thanks to @htooms and #take my votes. I had an incredible experience talking with all of you and rewarding your posts. I made a point to vote on topics that I normally don’t post about, that includes art. I was blown away by the talent within this community!
That is why I am challenging myself to get more involved in the creative community on Steemit and mix my passion for cryptocurrency and cryptography with art!
That is why I need your advice!
The Vision
My vision is to create a series of cryptocurrency inspired art projects infused with cryptography.
I am going to take something really complex and make it simple, beautiful and elegant.
My goal is for people to see how cryptography can be an art form and share my passion with them.
I have done a few simple mock ups but lack the artistic knowledge and tools to make my vision a reality

They have some pretty cool stuff! I am going to try and focus on cryptology and encrypt messages in the art. I also want to focus on Steem! Like I said I don't have a lot of artistic talent so we will see what happens...lol Followed your blog!
Yeah, what they do is pretty cool! It is a pretty neat idea. There are some awesome things going on in cryptocurrency right now, what an exciting time to be alive!
I really want my work to focus on cryptography, use a variety of modern and classical cryptography methods.

I love to use canva.com but it´s only available online and on desctop pcs (not mobille)
Then there is gimp works like photoshop but is free
and I also like http://www.escapemotions.com/experiments/flame/
you can paint with brusches that look like flames.
I have been playing around with canva....very cool! Do you know what the policy on usage is? Can you use their templates, modify and repost without giving credit to canva?

Good luck. Inkscape is a nice free vector art software that I like to use if I have to do any graphic design.

Yes you can. Not all of the templates are free but could perfectly get by with the free ones.
