OLD VOICES AND NEW ORDERS
First, there are only a few steps you can go without a commentator in your head. Then it gradually becomes clear that the commentator is just an old voice that fucks you up and you do not have to follow it …
Going further, ignoring the old voices, the certainty grows that the challenges that seem to plague the planet and all individuals are like the cocoon’s transformational contractions as the butterfly unfolds …
It is always the same: the old order has outlived its purpose and the individual and the collective have to go through the necessary phase of disorder – even though they resist and curse – in order to give way to the new order. Evolution, like the butterfly, unfolds …

These words are so true. It's never easy to ignore those voices. I have been trying for decades and they still screw me up sometimes. 😂

Thank you! I know what you mean, these old voices can be very powerful, nevertheless it is such a rewarding adventure to again and again ignore them and listen to that subtle thing inside that you know is true
