Economic Housing : السكن الإقتصادي

Having a decent housing is a dream for every Moroccan especially young people who are planning to get married, but it is difficult to deal with the abundance of supply and the abundance of gossip concerning the economic housing, as well as the nightmare of the banks and the interest of those who cannot afford to pay the whole price of the apartment.

In Ramadan, we see so much advertisement about various products offered in the Moroccan market and among them we find real estate companies, many offers and new ideas for different companies. مع رمضان تكثر الإشهارات لمختلف المنتجات المعروضة في السوق المغربي ، ومن بين هذه المنتجات نجد العقار ، عروض كثيرة وأفكار جديدة لشركات مختلفة ، هذه السنة ظهرت شركة تعنى بالسكن الاقتصادي وجاءت بفكرة جديدة كانت تطبق فقط في العقارات الراقية وهي الدوبلكس.

منتج جديد يطبق لأول مرة ضمن فئة السكن الاقتصادي و من أهم مميزاته عن السكن التقليدي الذي نعرفه هو حرصه على الخصوصية إد تم عزل غرف النوم بالطابق العلوي عن فضاءات المعيشة. و جاء هذا المشروع لمواجهة المنافسة التي يواجهها هذا القطاع رغم ما يروج عن السكن الاقتصادي من كلام ،فكما هو معروف أن جودته ضعيفة و إذا بحث في الموضوع ستجد العديد من الشكايات. بالإضافة إلى ما يقال في الإشارات من أثمنة غير صحيح نهائيا .
