Mushishi - A bit different anime
But it does not mean that it is a bad anime. If you give it a chance, you might be amazed.
Take a walk with a whimsical white-haired charmer who always has a ciggy in his mouth and perhaps never laughs. His name is Ginko, and he is Mushishi.
What is Mushishi?
Mushishi is a man studying Mushi.
You still don't know what I'm talking about?
Mushi are special creatures. They are not animals, plants or even microorganisms. Rather, they are the essence of life. There are many species, and they have different shapes. Some are good, others bad, but ordinary people do not see them. Those who see them in most cases are Mushishis, who examine them and cure people of the diseases that Mushi caused.
And that's how we got to know what the anime is about. Mushishi travels through a beautiful Japanese cartoon landscape, and in each episode, he has to deal with one of the many Mushi species who has settled in a village, house or man.
Do you think that Ginko is weird? Yes, he is. Why? You can find the answer in the anime, and if you do not fall in love with him, then I would eat my socks.
In the end, I must say that there is almost no action in this anime. It is to think and relax and thanks to its amazing atmosphere you will maybe cry on some story.
For me it is 10/10.

So I'm seeing Mushishi right now.
And it's pretty interesting.
Very underrated if you ask me.
